FITNESS TRAINING PROGRAM

Fitness is an essential part of developing a player's overall game.
We will provide fitness sessions on Monday and Wednesday's
that will incorporate the essential components of fitness for
tennis based on the USTA’s protocols.

ALL LEVELS WELCOME

No matter what your level, if your goal is to improve, you are
welcome. Players will be grouped according to ability from advanced
beginner through tournament/ranked players.

HIGH SCHOOL TEAM EXPOSURE WEEK JULY 27-3

*Please note we will still run our regular camp session this week
Open to players of all ages and levels – JV, varsity and younger players looking to see what high school tennis is all about.

CAMP WILL INCLUDE:

• “Pre –Season” week for girls going out for their teams in the fall
• Fitness/Drills used by top high school coaches
• Improving match play, strategy, shot selection and placement
• Improve footwork, speed and level of fitness
• Achieve better results by being prepared
